Weight Management is a concern for millions of people.  Obesity and Diabesity are a “bigger” problem than we can comprehend, and the health issues that directly result from excessive weight can be life threatening.  But I discovered during my journey back to health that there is a direct correlation between cellular health and weight management.  I share that information in the hopes of helping people regain control of their weight and their life.
