As a health and wellness consultant, I often reflect on the words of the late philosopher, Jim Rohn, who said “Change begins with choice.” The words are simple, but the meaning is profound. Each day we get to choose the way we want to live and lay the groundwork for our futures. When a life changing event affected my physical, emotional and financial state of health, I chose to rebuild and restore what had been taken from me. I now share the hope of wellness with anyone who is committed to enjoying optimal health and vitality and desires to establish a life long wellness plan.
In 2005, I was involved in a serious car accident. During my three year search for a natural path back to good health, I was introduced to a nutritional product that changed my life. This journey to wellness stirred a passion in me to help others who struggle with their own health on a daily basis and raised my awareness of all those who are not living to their potential because of chronic pain or disease.
In 2012, the nutritional products I credit for my great health got a major upgrade. LunaRich was added to many of the formulas and took heart health to a whole new level.
